Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Croatia: 1–3 business days
  • European Union: 3–10 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over €100.

The free shipping threshold applies after discounts and before taxes.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged package and products.

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control are not eligible for compensation.
